Use this form to submit an application for enrolling your high school student in the Heritage Drop-Off Program. You may submit this form electronically via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete this form to give permission for us to run a background check. This signed form should be mailed with your $25 non-refundable application fee. Please email email@example.com for the mailing address.
Once your application is approved by the Heritage Leadership Team, you may access the Virtus Online website to register for the mandatory Protecting God’s Children workshop. This course is required by St. Joseph’s Catholic Church for anyone working with children in their building. You may choose classes either in the Archdiocese of Detroit or Lansing.
